Moalboal archers Rachelle Grace Clark and Reglena Chatherine Dio teamed up with Jean Karla Enriquez and Kaye Sofia Ypanto as Cebu Province fished a bronze medal in the Team Trio-Girls Division 70 meters event of the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association.
Dio and Clark’s bronze medal in the meet is Moalboal’s first podium finish in the regional meet in recent years and is a testament to archery’s growing presence in the tourist town. Dio also finished 10th overall out of 32 archers in the regional meet while Clark was 16th overall.
The team was coach by Quennie Grace Sabanal and chaperoned by Irenea Absin.
