Police Captain Elmond John B. Mondaya pays a courtesy visit on Mayor Inocentes Cabaron before leaving for his new assingment at PCADU. PCPT Etelberto E Timagos, formerly of the Consolacion MPS, took over as chief of the Moalboal MPS effective June 19.
