🚩 Option 1: From Cebu City
Step 1: Go to Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT)

Take a taxi or Grab from your hotel or the airport.

Travel time from Mactan-Cebu International Airport: 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Step 2: Ride a Bus to Moalboal

At the terminal, look for Ceres Liner buses bound for:

“Bato via Barili” (NOT “Bato via Oslob”)

🕓 Tip: Buses leave roughly every 30 minutes from early morning until late evening.

If you’re heading to Panagsama Beach, take a tricycle or habal-habal (motorbike taxi) from the market.
