Mayor Inocentes G. Cabaron delivers the welcome remarks during the opening of the Moalboal LGU Inter-Department Sportsfest. Aside from having an avenue to try out their athletic skills, Mayor Cabaron encouraged the participants to use the sportsfest as a chance to foster camaraderie.
During the opening program, Cluster 4 swept the Team Sports Idol and Best Yell contests.
The participating teams are Cluster 1 (PNP, BFP, PCG), Cluster 2 (Mayor’s Office, MPDC, Budget, Engineering, Comelec), Cluster 3 (Treasury, Assessor), Cluster 4 (Agriculture, HR, Accounting, DILG, MSWD), Cluster 5 (.LCR, , Tourism, Menro, DTI),Cluster 6 (RHU), Cluster 7 (MWD), and Cluster 8 (Traffic, DRRM.)
They will be competing in men’s and women’s volleyball and basketball as well as table tennis, badminton and chess.
