August 12, 2025- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Visayas proudly marks over a decade of impact through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), which has uplifted thousands of families in Moalboal since its launch in 2012.
As of June 30, 2025, the program has served 2,209 households, with 315 families graduating into self-sufficiency based on the Social Welfare Development Indicator (SWDI). While 346 households have been delisted due to various eligibility changes, 1,494 households remain active, continuing to meet program conditions and receive vital support.

• Education: 95.5%
• Health: 97.5%
• Family Development Sessions: 95.5%
Looking Forward
In 2026, 579 households will exit the program under the seven-year rule, representing 61.79% of beneficiaries. DSWD calls for continued support to ensure smooth transitions and sustained empowerment.
