Municipal Budget Officer Nova Abrenica leads the seminar for the barangay secretaries and treasurers of Moalboal in the preparation for their annual budget for CY 2024. The one-day seminar is aimed at helping the 15 barangays get their financial matters in order. Jose G. Nuevo, the consultant and adviser of the Municipal Budget Office, was also present during the seminar.
