Mayor Inocentes Cabaron speak to the 17 Moalboalons who availed of the Sugbu Kahanas program facilitated by the office of Board Member Cesar Baricuatro, who promised to help the Tesda scholars gain employment after their training.
The participants will have the start of the Heavy Equipment training, an NC II course, next week.
