The town council of Moalboal, Cebu passed a resolution conferring the former Chief of Police of Moalboal and now top cop of Oslob Police Station, PCAPT. KELVIN ROY P MAMARADLO as the adopted son of Moalboal, Cebu.
In a resolution passed on January 11, 2022 the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Moalboal, Cebu passed resolution no. 11- 2022 entitled “A resolution expressing appreciation of the services of the PCAPT KELVIN ROY MAMARADLO, former chief of police of Moalboal Police Station and conferring him as adopted son of Moalboal, Cebu”.
Cited in the resolution is the recognition of the outstanding performance of PCAPT MAMARADLO and the legacy he has instituted in the police organization. His exceptional capability to inspire every local individual by extending his sincere concerns and services to the town through the implementation of peace and order programs as well as helping the town in its fight against illegal drugs.
The august Body also conferred him as adopted son of Moalboal for the immense contribution he has made to the town.
The recognition is a testament of excellence and commitment in policing which merited appreciation from the town council of Moalboal.
